Who makes the calls?

Our own team, trained on EHSQ buyers. Every rep uses their real name and says they're calling on behalf of your company, from scripts you approve.

Where do the prospects come from?

Your badge scans, the show's registrant list when you rent it and give us permission, last year's scans, speakers, sponsors and your own closed-lost deals. We never buy lists from third-party sellers.

How do you handle calling rules?

Live reps only, no prerecorded messages. We call between 8 am and 8 pm in the buyer's time zone, scrub every list against the Do Not Call registry, and honor every opt-out the same day. Calls are recorded only after the buyer says yes.

What if a meeting isn't a fit?

Flag it within two business days for a wrong title, company or size, an account on your exclusion list, a duplicate or a no-show. We replace it first and refund it if we can't.

What happens to our data?

Your scans and lists are used only for your campaign, kept apart from every other client, and deleted 30 days after the campaign ends. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
